30-Day Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your jewelry. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your jewelry as soon as you receive your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, has a missing stone, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at poshmuzai@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and issue so that we can evaluate your request and make it right.
Approved damaged or defective items may be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Items specifically marked Final Sale are also not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges
Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning your original item.
Replacement items are subject to availability. If the same item is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the available options.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your jewelry. Posh Mūzai Jewelry is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the policy above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, as required by applicable law.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
This section does not limit any additional consumer rights provided under applicable law.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, Posh Mūzai Jewelry does not offer refunds for change of mind, unwanted items, or incorrect selections.
If a refund is specifically approved by Posh Mūzai Jewelry, we will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process and post the refund.
